My deal is not being accepted
We have a contract with every listed venue. Sometimes new staff haven't been briefed or trained — the owners usually know. Send us a short message via the form. We'll get in touch with the restaurant as quickly as possible to sort it out. ➡️ Ideally, tell us while you're still on-site! If we can't find a solution in time, the amount you already paid via SODA will be credited back after review. So you don't need to worry.
The app is not working properly
Sometimes small technical issues happen in the app. Close the app completely and restart it. If you have a premium subscription, you may need to sign in again with your phone number after the restart. Drop us a message and we'll sort it out!
I bought a deal and can't see it anymore
Since our app works without an account, in rare cases your account can be reloaded and deals may no longer be linked. Please send us a short message and we'll fix it!
